When you book with us your details are protected by a secure connection.For Pick Up or Drop from or to Airport or Railway Station cancellation received within 24 hrs. from the schedule time will be non-refundable.

City Sightseeing or excursion tour if cancelled within 48 hrs. of the scheduled time will attract 50% retention charge.

For Out station travel if cancelled within 48 Hrs. of scheduled departure, minimum 1 day charges of the vehicle type will be deducted.

Cabking, will charge 10% of the total transaction amount as a processing charge for all cancellations above and beyond the above cancellation policy.

To request a refund, simply contact us with your Booking Details. All refunds will be processed in timely manner. Once the refund instructions leave our office it can take anywhere from 2-21 working days for the proceeds to arrive in your account.
